Job Description Responsible for plant quality system planning, implementation, maintenance, improvement, and supervision and management in the process of system implementation. Essential duties and responsibilities 1. Maintain and implement Quality, Environment and Occupational health and safety management systems. 2. Organize and conduct internal audits such as process, product, and system audit. 3. Responsible for customer and the third part system audits and coordinate other departments ensuring external audits goes smoothly. 4. Evaluate audit findings, organize the plant team to make reasonable corrective actions, supervise the implement appropriate corrective actions to ensure every action can be implemented by validated and efficiencies. 5. Corporate with plant EHS. Conducting continuous improvement of Quality, Environment and Occupational health and safety management systems, monitoring processes, and initiating corrective actions with PDCA method. 6. Collect and compile system management documents and statistical quality data. Assistant to Quality manager. 7. Control all the Quality, Environment and Occupational health and safety management system documents and keep them updated & validated. 8. Responsible the quality system training to plant employee as planned. 9. Comply with Quality Manager arrange temporary or other work task. Education and Experience Education and certifications 1. System engineer, CQE or equivalent. 2. Over 3 years system management working experiences in automotive quality department, strong knowledge of IATF16949&ISO 14001&45001. Job Skills 1. Experience / knowledge of quality management tools and thermoplastic injection molding are an advantage. 2. The job requires teamwork, professionalism approach and attention to details, excellent communication skills, ability to handle and solve practical problems, ability to develop documentation. 3. In the manufacturing of fast-paced environment with a positive attitude to weigh a variety of tasks. Language Skills 1. Very good English: being able to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. 2. Write routine reports and correspondence and communicate effectively with suppliers, customers, and Arkal team members. 3. Read and interpret documents such as procedures and manuals. Computer skills 1. To perform this job successfully, an individual must have working knowledge of ERP System and Microsoft Excel. 2. In addition - other Microsoft Office tools (i.e. Internet Explorer, Word and Outlook). Issue reports and interpret them. Personal Skills Personal qualities and interpersonal skills 1. Able to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations where only limited standardization exists. 2. Possess Strong learning ability, excellent stress tolerance, execution, and communication skills. 3.
