Purpose of Job: - Calculate and manage mill cost to support business improvement. - Ensure strong financial controls within entity to align with business need and corporate guidelines. - Capex Control, no overrun and no compliance issue. - Entity Property protection (Inventory and PPE) - Organize and coordinate annual business plan/quarterly rolling forecast, and timely monthly update to management team. - To be a partner with mill manager, help mill management team to find cost opportunity. Nature & Scope: - As a strong decision support to mill manager - Managing Budget and Forecast control. - As specialist of Risk Management and Internal control within entity - Help mill management team control production cost through cost analysis and forecasting. - Support strategy projects and deliver cost and CAPEX control. - Ensure entity inventory & assets under strong financial controls. Key Accountabilities: 1. Implement cost accounting and monthly closing in SAP system, maintain smoothly inventory standard cost update and inventory revaluation. 2. Supply timely and accurate cost report and analysis for Management team, organize cost control activity to make cost optimization in mill level. 3. Coordinate the timely and accurate preparation of operating budgets and forecasts 4. Involves in physical inventory procedures and processing. Ensure all adjustments to recorded inventory amounts, whether quantity or valuation based, should be reviewed and approved by a responsible official. 5. Ensure that fixed assets records contain accurate information regarding capitalization amount, depreciation, project tracking data. 6. Ensure strong, appropriate financial controls within entity by the implementation and maintenance of corporate financial policies and instructions Education & Experience: - Bachelor’s degree above - CPA, ACCA, CMA or related qualification is a plus. - >5 years multinational company experience at manufacturing site, costing experience is a plus. - SAP or other ERP environment is request.
