61 Design and develop seat comfort systems (mainly on pneumatic system, but also could include seat heaters, comfort cools etc.) in direct contact with customer technical personal according to Gentherm APQP/*** procedures as below:

Design of pneumatic seating comfort system: 气动舒适系统的设计（包括相关子零件）
- Based on customer input- specification/ technical requirement / drawing/ 3D data …to prepare and release master design, create BOM, etc.
根据客户输入-标准/技术规范/图纸/3D 数据 …来准备并发布 master 设计, 建立 BOM等；
- Update design according to customer/ internal change during development;
在开发过程中根据客户新的输入/内部需求更新设计
- Invite meeting for design review;
召集设计评审会议；
- Design DFMEA;
准备DFMEA；
- Coordinate whole system to make sure system interface is compatible during development change;
协调开发更改过程中各个接口之间的配和及其他系统要求；
- Finalize significant and critical characteristics;
制定出SC/CC特性；
Prototype: 样品
- Release prototype drawing and create BOM in PDM；
释放样品图纸并在PDM中建立 BOM 表
- Order prototypes;
订购样品；
- Participate sample production for each new level change for technical support;
参加每次新样品的生产以做技术支持；
- Analysis problems during prototyping and implement improvement into product design;
分析样品中的问题并实施到产品设计中；
- Support and evaluate for seat build for testing and customer show;
协助试验或者展椅的制作；
DV Test: DV试验
- Create and release DVP with Lab engineer and PM;
和试验工程师及PM一起制定并release DVP；
- Issue test request;
填写试验申请；
- Support test lab for specification analysis;
协助试验工程师分析试验标准；
- Analysis test result and implement into design improvement;
进行试验分析用于设计改进；
Transfer design: 转移产品设计
- Invite meeting to evaluate master drawing and customer drawing from other location;
召***议对转过来的图纸包括客户图纸进行评审；
- Feedback and coordinate technical change with lead designers of other location;
与主设计者反馈并协调技术更改；
- Understand technical details, assist in developing local suppliers that meet design requirements;
理解设计细节，协助开发满足设计要求的本地供应商；
Production Preparation准备生产
- Release production parts into PDM and copy into SAP, notify project team for maintain;
将要生产的parts释放到PDM，复制到SAP中，并通知project team进行产品维护
- Create and release PVP with Lab engineer and PM;
和试验工程师及PM一起制定并release PVP；
- Issue test request;
填写试验申请；
- Support test lab for specification analysis;
协助试验工程师进行试验标准的理解；
- Analysis test result and implement into design improvement;
进行试验分析用于设计改进；
Trial Run: 试生产
- Participate trial run production of each start of process for technical support;
参与试生产每道工序的前期以提供技术支持；
- Analysis problems during trial run and improvement into product design;
分析试生产中的问题并实施到产品设计中；
- Create ECR and improvement into product design;
创建ECR并将改进实施到设计中；
61 Design pneumatic system and prepare BOMs for calculation of new or updates quotations
设计气动舒适系统，准备材料设计清单，对新产品进行报价或更新已有报价
61 Collect and maintain project relevant information and inform the respective departments (sales, quality, order center etc.)
收集和维护项目的相关信息，通知销售，质量，订单中心等相关部门
61 Participate in Gentherm local or global teams
参加捷温当地和全球的项目组
61 Provide technical consultancy or presentations to customers to support new project acquisition effort in China
为客户提供技术咨询或演示，以支持在中国取得新项目
