Responsibilities:
61 Ensure that rotor blades are manufactured according to NX specification and standards in NPI phase
61 Drive plant process improvements in coordination with Nordex global process teams.
61 Monitoring OEM process fulfills NX requirements in mass production
61 Defining and driving cost-out measures (MCO/ECO's) and tracking their implementation.
61 Identify and eliminate recurring quality issues in cooperation with Nordex quality department.
61 Drive and improve OEM process function capability


Qualifications:
61 Bachelor of Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
61 At least 5 years in rotor blade manufacturing.
61 Rotor blade specific experience required.
61 Knowledge of blade structure and material.
61 Strong blade defect trouble shooting ability.
61 Leading and communications skills.
61 Computer skills including knowledge of MS Office applications as well as SAP.
61 Fluent English.
