岗位职责：
1.金属件和塑料件的动态、静态力学性能仿真分析
Dynamic and static mechanical performance simulation analysis for plastic and metal parts.
2.FEA结构分析，协助新产品研发
FEA structural analysis to assist new products development.
3.通过FEA仿真，对产品设计提出改进建议
Provide improvement suggestions for product design based on FEA simulation.
4.独立完成项目要求的FEA工作并参与内外部FEA课题沟通
Complete the FEA tasks from project team independently and responsible for internal and external communications on FEA topics.
5.上级领导安排的其他工作；
Other work from disciplinary supervisor.
任职资格
1. 本科及以上学历, 力学、机械或自动化等相关专业。
Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanics, mechanical, automation, etc.
2. 3年以上汽车行业FEA工作经验。
Over 3 years FEA working experience in automobile industry.
3. 熟练使用Ansys workbench软件，熟悉solidworks、CATIA软件基本操作
Proficient in Ansys workbench operation and familiar with solidworks and CATIA software.
4. 良好的沟通技巧和责任心
Excellent communication skills and have a good sense of responsibility.
5. 良好的英语读写能力
Good command of English in reading and writing.
