Job Tasks 1.identify and create a business process, which is a formalized set of tasks, work instructions activities that helps accomplish in accordance with SeaFreight scope 2.Analyze and evaluate existing operational systems and processes to find opportunities for enhanced efficiency, increased capacity, and more consistent performance. 3.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gain insight and define the direction and methodologies to address business challenges 4.Collaborate with global teams of business process owners, product and IT specialists to (re)define new global operational process and continuously improve upon the existing ones 5.Identify opportunities to improve throughput, capacity, and customer experience and prevent waste and inefficiency; maintaining and modifying the existing special processes to achieve process and quality requirements 6.Provide insights and tools to support Seafreight Business Process continuous improvement efforts 7.Build and maintain the global and regional service/production process documentation (e.g., process flows, time and motion studies, business standards, etc) 8.Supports most efficient establishment and execution of all regional and country operational processes based on the corporate SOP’s and guidelines.
Job Requirements 1.Min. 5+ years' of Freight Forwarding and Ocean Freight experience 2.Min 3+ years of supervisory or management experience 3.Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, Project and Power Point) 4.High Level Leadership Skills (communication, motivation and interpersonal skills) 5.Demonstrates strong communication and change management capabilities 6.Preferably with experience in process, production and continuous improvement is preferred. 7.Fluent in English (written and spoken),other languages (written and spoken) beneficial 8.Microsoft Office,Microsoft Excel – advanced skills
