岗位职责：
1.Set up cross functioin project team, develop project master time plan, be responsible for project running on time according to time plan
组织成立跨部门项目小组，制作新项目大计划，负责推进，确保项目按计划推进
2.Organize regular project review meeting, review the issues in product development, escalate high risk to his manager and top management
定期召开项目阶段评审会议，对开发过程中的问题进行检讨，并就高风险项和管理层及职能部门经理沟通升级
3.Report to top level about planning, quality, cost and delivery
定期向上级汇报项目进度、质量、成本、交付等事项
4.Be responsible for pre-production planning and project transfer to mass produciton
负责组织试生产的协调与实施，及项目向量产的移交
5.Be responsible for APQP/PPAP preparation, submission and approval
负责项目APQP\PPAP资料的收集，编制，提交，批准
6.Manage design change and engineering change in project
负责管理项目过程中的产品变更和工程变更
7.Maintan relationship with customers
维护好客户关系
8.Identify and manage potential project risks and develop adjustment plans and emergency strategies
对潜在的项目风险进行识别和管理，并制定调整计划和应急策略
9.Review all milestones and reach requirements
对每个里程碑节点组织项目阶段性评审，并跟踪解决评审问题点
10.Control cost, quality, delivery and progress, report to project manager monthly
对项目成本、质量、交付、进度进行控制，并每月向部门经理汇报
11.Complete other works and missions from leaders
完成上级领导安排的其他工作事宜
12.Support for other functions
为其他部门提供支持
职位要求：
1.Strong project management and communication skills
较强的项目管理能力及沟通技巧
2. Familiar with IATF16949 and SPC/MSA/FMEA/PPAP/APQP
熟悉IATF16949及SPC/MSA/FMEA/PPAP/APQP
3. Have certain English expression and writing skills
具备一定的英语表达和书写能力
4. Bachelor degree or above
学历本科及以上
