1.Keep monitoring process quality control and quality status. For the non-conformities, initiate root cause analysis, and corrective actions. Follow up the implementation and result.
2.Report the quality status and quality issues to relevant dept. in SEWM and Quality BU in France/China.
3.Responsible for the process control/inspection planning and keep updating the inspection instructions continuously.
4.Take lead and provide the suggestions for quality improvement based on internal and external cross function collaboration. Follow up the actions to be implemented and monitor the results.
5.Organize process audit and LA audit internally on yearly basis, follow up corrective actions accordingly
6.Monitor the progress of annual QA plan, support the gauge calibration and 6 sigma activity.
7.Coach subordinates to upgrade competency of problem solving and make Annual Appraisal to them (focus on customer application and product knowledge)


Qualifications:
At least 5 years related working experience;
Technical background, Strong time management and prioritization skills;
Good English skill in listening, speaking and writing;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
