Purpose of Position Enable BSI China growth of the sales and profit and build long term relationship with strategic accounts.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities · Responsible for strategic sales planning and identify new areas of business growth. · Develop and manage all sales and marketing activities to achieve profitable revenue growth. · Responsible for developing new accounts, managing key account sales and maintaining a good level of sales activities (sales visits, sales lead). · Set up sales targets and to implement the targets achievement and maximum returns. · Actively generate sales revenue for the company through sales and marketing. · Monitors trends in business, market, channel and KA requirements. · Establish strong relationship with clients and prospects through regular sales visits. · Organize and lead sales and marketing activities for existing clients and new prospects. · Providing leadership in developing and executing sales programs to maximize market shares and sales opportunities. · Training and appraising performance of subordinates. · Assisting Sales Manager in business opportunities and strategy. · Performing any job-related assignments as required.
Candidate Specifications · Chinese (Mandarin) and English fluency in speaking, reading and writing. · Solid business development experiences in service industry. · Excellent understanding of Chinese KA environment and how to get initiatives implemented. · Tolerance for ambiguity and comfort working within a fast paced, changing environment. · Effectively 'sell' own ideas and/or work to others. · Strong negotiation skills, facilitation & presentation skills, excellent communication and coordination skills, proactive, good at impacting and convincing others. · Self-motivated, independent with effective execution power. · Good business acumen. · Ability to build strong working relationships with internal and/or external customers. · Ability to demonstrate good judgment in routine, day-to-day decisions. · Ability to demonstrate high personal work standards and a sense of urgency about results. · Ability to generate creative ideas to solve problems and improve work methods. · Strong capabilities in MS power point, excel and word are mandatory.
