Job Description 61 Planning, directing and coordinating the activities of the Operation department. 61 Communicate and build good rapport and relationship with customers, liners, co-loaders and agents. 61 Organize workflow to meet the time frame requirement of each shipment and monitor daily shipment update on each shipment to update customers or agents timely & accurately. 61 Monitor and manage all enquiries from customer or agent have been responded promptly and acted accordingly. 61 Verify and monitor each job task to ensure that there is no overlooked-on shipment arrangement. 61 Liaison with customers, agents, operations and service providers on all operational related matters. 61 Overseeing the selection, training and performance of staff. 61 Monitor payment receive from customers and agents before shipment collection or release. 61 Check, verify & raise payment request on shipment charges. 61 Monitor shipment and any other related records/costs has been maintained and updated accordingly. 61 Monitor KPI performance for Operation department and conduct review on the progress of CS personnel. 61 Accomplish department and organization mission and objective by completing related result as needed. 61 Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned or required from time to time.
Skills Requirement & Qualification 61 Proficiency in Mandarin will be mandatory requirement. 61 Customer focus and result oriented. 61 Good communication (both written and spoken) and interpersonal skill. 61 Strong negotiation skill and technique. 61 Strong problem-solving and creative skills. 61 Meticulous and able to work under pressure. 61 Able to cope with fast-paced working environment. 61 Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree 61 At least 5 years (s) of working experience of Ocean Freight Operations in International Forwarding is required for this position.
