Your Tasks: -Conduct quality control and trouble shooting on the monthly payroll processing, work with Site HR and CDP on payroll data verification, sign off payroll report, process payroll payment. Mandatory benefits administration, individual income tax declaration support and other HR daily activities strictly based on the SOP and requirements documents -Manage related the 3rd party HR vendor to improve service level, check all social insurances statement to ensure all mandatory expenses to be paid accurately, legally -Act as the helpdesk to provide payroll & benefit consulting services to the clients -Prepares and delivers monthly payment statements, reports and financial, all reports according to legal requirements -Review as-is process, identify & lead improvement plan by implementing lean methodology, drive operation excellence -Prepares the necessary documents for the controls from the authorities and the audits -Work in close partnership with multiple CoE functions & Site HR to ensure payroll and benefits processes are performed in accordance with agreed procedures while meeting all accuracy, timeliness, and satisfaction -Uses specific informatics applications for timekeeping, administration and payroll in order to prepare the required reports
Your Profile: -3+ years experience in Payroll Activity -Bachelor or equivalent -Advanced MS-Office (especially Excel) -Analytical and synthesis skills, attention to details and problem-solving skills. -Ability to plan, organize and prioritize -Communication skills / Workable English -Be customer focus, positive, initiative and result-oriented -Relocation and/or Immigration assistance is not offered with this position, except ZF in-country relocation support policies.
