As key quality contact people to supplier and window to customer, to End to End lead internal and external activities to have claim solved, convert customer voice into CAIR system, drive internal cross function team to satisfy customers. Being responsible for the statistics, analysis and feedback of the relevant data of the quality system operation, responsible for the tracking and verification of the internal audit and the evaluation of unqualified items, and lead quality improvement projects. 61 Lead both QA and QC, implement/ maintain IATF16949 standards in plant and establish/maintain test procedures to ensure the quality of materials in accordance with the specifications. 61 Lead internal/external audit planning and implementation. Prepare the audit finding report and be responsible to report the progress of corrective and preventive actions. 61 Lead total quality continuous improvement. Adopt quality tools, statistical technologies, and management skills to achieve RM Quality, Manufacture Quality and Customer Quality performance excellence - maximize product reliability and minimize costs. 61 Contribute to the effectiveness of QA/QC by the implementation of new test procedures, new programs to improve efficiency, and on and off-the-job technician training programs. 61 Lead the internal NOK goods reduction and prevention; organize the internal daily quick response meeting to reduce the abnormal batches during production process. 61 Act as the coordinator of the investigation and resolutions for Customer Complaints, Returned Goods Order, Problem Solving Report and Work Off Salvage. Report the progress of the resolutions of those 4 items in timely manner. 61 Be responsible for quality data collection, analysis, send the quality reports. 61 Management for quality system document according to established procedure and act as the coordinator of the equipment calibration.
Requires: 1. Familiar with IATF 16949 requirements, experience in a chemical manufacturing related facility is preferred. 2. At least 5 years of experience on Automotive Industry Quality System Management, experience in BBA requirements is preferred. 3. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent. 4. Fluency in writing and speaking English. 5. Good PC skills.
