Responsibilities include: 61 Support Inverter Tech. Leads on day-to-day work. 61 Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor assigned tasks in the projects. 61 Monitor and track on-time deliverables of engineering activities. 61 Manage requirements with internal and cross functional teams. 61 Monitor resource allocation and identify gaps and overloads. 61 Support change management, meeting all e-module functional requirements (Performance, Reliability, Quality, Costs & Timing) - Design, Simulation, Validation (DVP&R), Release 61 Support the collaboration with suppliers & cross functional teams to ensure alignment of development activities, design for manufacture, and to achieve program milestones. - Accountable for Internal & External APQP on full Bill Of Material - Sign off component PPAP deviations (APQP output). Cascade actions to individual owners. 61 Contribute to a teamwork focused approach and provide guidance to select and realize the best solution. 61 Support internal and customer test and validation.
Basic Qualifications: 61 Bachelor’s in electrical engineering or related degree. 61 5 or more years working experience in electrical/electronic product development including series production. 61 Good English communication skills is MUST (both spoken and written). 61 Good understanding of automotive system requirements for electric products, V-cycle development process, ASPICE, functional safety.
