MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES 主要工作职责 一、遵守国家、集团和上级主管的财务,税务,内控和合规的要求 Comply with the financial, taxation, internal control, and compliance requirements of the national regulations, the corporate group, and higher-level management. 二、日常的财务核算及报表 Daily Financial Accounting and Reporting: 1. 按审核无误的原始单证进行凭证记账,确保数据准确 Record accounting entries based on verified original documents to ensure data accuracy. 2. PRC GAAP /税务/年度审计 Ensure compliance with PRC GAAP, tax requirements, and annual audits. 3. 月度结账处理及会计报表的输出 Conduct monthly closing procedures and generate accounting statements. 4. 研发费用的合理归集、计提入帐 Properly collect, accrue, and record R&D expenses. 三、负责各项财务票据的合规性检查,及时措施纠正或向上级汇报异常 Responsible for compliance checks on various financial documents, promptly taking corrective actions or reporting anomalies to higher-level management. 四、公司固定资产的管理 Management of the company's fixed assets. 五、税务及其他政府报表申报 Preparation and submission of tax returns and other governmental reports. 六、负责 ERP(用友)系统的总帐管理,包括会计账户等档案信息的通知维护更新 Responsible for managing the General Ledger (GL) in the ERP (Yonyou) system, including maintaining and updating accounting accounts and related master data. 七、公司业务流程协助与配合 Support and Collaboration for Business Processes: 1.参与所在单位相关业务流程改进,生产改善精益项目等提供财务支持 Provide financial support for business process improvements and lean production enhancement projects within the organization. 2. 参与公司智能化数字系统流程改进支持,如 ERP, SA 整合等 Participate in supporting process improvements for the company's intelligent digital systems, including ERP and SA integrations. 3. 对财务数据深入分析研究,异常差异分析,提出改进建议 Conduct in-depth analyses of financial data, identify and analyze abnormal variances, and propose recommendations for improvement. 八、财务档案的归档管理 Management and archiving of financial documents. 九、上级安排的其他临时事宜 Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors.
BUSINESS ACUMEN & EXPERTISE 所需学历及经验 1、 至少 5-8 年以上制造业财务工作经验 Minimum 5-8 years of finance experience in the manufacturing industry. 2、大学本科及以上学历,财务管理、会计学等相关专业 Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or related fields. 3、熟练操作 Office 办公软件,熟练操作 ERP 系统 Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems. 4、工作认真细致,有责任感及良好的团队合作精神 Detail-oriented, responsible, and possessing strong teamwork spirit. 5、良好的数据分析能力和沟通能力 Strong analytical and communication skills. 6、良好的英语沟通能力优先考虑 Good English communication skills preferred.
