工作职责:
1.Support Program developer on Test Program and Hardware Development for Analog products.
2.Work closely with the Design and Applications Engineering teams during the Product
3.Development stage and qualification testing.
4.Solve Product Engineering Problems identified during the IC Testing process.
5.Perform Yield Analysis, Root Cause Failure Analysis, and Drive Yield Enhancement.
6. Help to train the Test Engineers as necessary on general Product related areas.
7.Build-up IC Test Specifications and Standard Operating Procedures.
8. Responsible for the continuous improvement of test quality, yield and efficiency through Test Engineering methods.
9. Ensures that testing of products strictly conforms as per customer specifications.
10.Maintains test system software including test routines applicable to product.
11. Maintains test loadboards/ probecards
12. Directly communicate with Subcon Engineers/vendors on any test Engineering support to meet customer delivery requirement.
任职资格:
1.University/College Electrical and Electronics graduate or Any Engineering course equivalent
2.more than 2 years experience in Product Engineering and Test Development
3.Expertise in Analog IC Test Program development/debug, Product Characterization, and Yield Analysis
4.Experience with IC Testing process control and process problem investigation
5.Experience in driving Yield Enhancement
6.Familiarity on Microsoft office
7.Fluent in English and Chinese
