Carry on the outstanding standards, to become the best supplier for customers. Maintain internal control system to meet the relevant requirements, and implement the global quality, environment and health and safety guidelines and company's quality, environment and health and safety objectives. Monitor the actual production operation provisions of health / environmental protection / safety in full compliance with national regulations. This role will report directly to MFG Manager.

? Responsible for 100% execute production plan and follow the finish status

? Control and track production cost

? Make sure new product perfect ramp-up and normal product

? Reasonable adjust human resource to make sure product and flexible product
合理调配人员，柔性生产
? Make sure 100% execute process instruction and process change
确保完全按工艺生产，并100%执行工程更改
? Responsible for your area management and execute OS and Lean
负责生产区域的秩序及管理,执行OS和精益生产活动
? Running around your area every day to efficiency solve problem
每日巡视生产现场有效解决各种问题
? Pay attention and do analysis for production data, and do continue improvement
关注并且分析生产主要数据进行持续改进
? Control product quality and do training for operator to improve quality sense
控制产品质量,培训员工以提高其质量意识
? Report work to production management every week
向生产经理每周汇报工作
? Implement company regulations and safety goal

? Follow and support policy, target and procedure of EHS, and supervise environment protection during production operation. Energy saving, reduce waste. Comply with regulatory requirements. Protect employees' health & safety.

Basic qualifications 基本条件
? Bachelor degree and above, fluent English skill of both spoken and written;
本科学历或以上, 流利的英文听说读写；
? 5 years related work experience, good automotive part product experience, especially for wire production experience, familiar with VDA/IATF 16949. Qualification of auditor will be a plus;
5年以上相关工作经验，有汽车零部件生产管理经验，有汽车线束生产管理经验优先。熟悉VDA/IATF16949体系
? Skilled with related Lean principle

? Strong capability of communication and coordinate ability;
有较强的沟通及协调能力
? Skill full coach shift monitor daily management and continue improvement
? 具有指导班长进行日常管理工作及持续改进的能力
