The role of a Program Quality Leader is the program core team member acting as interface towards the Customer Project Quality and represent Program internally Customers voice, to enusre on time delivery of PQL related PMS work packages and key deliverables of program phases, Lead functionally all Program related Quality resources (Prototype Quality, Advanced Supplier Quality, New Program Quality,...) to assure a consistent and aligned quality objective deployment & progress tracking process The main missions of the role are to: 74 Lead the Program dedicated Quality team functionally and be the consolidating interface (like a Plant Quality Manager leads his plant quality team) 74 Achieve the Quality objectives defined within the Quality Target Study (such as the PPM, NRFT, S/R 100%,… ), cascade them to the internal and external suppliers (via ASQ organization) and follow them by the related Target Convergence Plan until GR#4 74 Be the customer quality contact and satisfy related information demands (Customer APQP tracking, Audit support, 8D communication until SOP). 74 Execute the PMS related Program Quality work packages on time (OTD) and report the progress by indicators defined by the Program Quality Management. 74 Assure deliveries within specification while leading the preparation of efficient Control Plans (CP) for prototypes: CP elaboration together with Program Development Leader / System Architect) pre-series: CP prepared together with Program Manufacturing Leader (PML) & Plant New Program Quality (NPQ) 74 Validate updates of Control Plans in pre-serial phase established by the NPQ (support PML) and obtain the approval of the Program Manager / Plant Manager prior to the Program related Milestones (GR#2a for Prototype CP, GR#2b for Pre-Series CP, GR#4 for Series CP) 74 Involve the PQM & QP in case of identified needs to change Generic Control Plans 74 Support the program during Product development (D-FMEA contribution / KPC observation = PIST during prototype phase (further monitoring of PIST/PIPC with NPQ) 74 Support the program during Process development (P-FMEA contribution & analysis / Inspection equipment definition / Program QRCI / …). 74 Monitor the APQP process of internal suppliers until Gate Review #2a and support the NPQ further on in his mission to achieve the Full Approval Status for all internal supplier parts before Customer PPAP (until GR#3) 74 The PQL coordinate the PPAP presentation between the plants and assure the "Full Approval Status" until GR#4 ( for the mechanism) 74 Apply the authority to stop any process or product delivery in case of serious non conformances (customer expectations or safety and regulations issues….) together with the responsible Quality Manager. If necessary, drive the launch of an official Alert in the Alert Management System 74 Assure, that all product related requirements (KPC’s, perceived quality aspects,...) are under control (lead the preparation of efficient Control Plans) at any production stage 74 Assure, that the series-production process can be assessed as 100% secured (validate the equipment concept during P-FMEA & Control Plan activities and monitor the progress on the related action plan) 74 Conduct regular risk assessments (e.g. by Share Define program gauge & Create gauge technical pan &Check and accept gauge Qualifications : The ideal candidate will have/be: 74 Bachelor's degree with a specialisation in Health, Safety & Environment 74 Minimum 3 years experience in a plant 74 Established skills in HSE methods : AMDEC, 5 why methodology, job instruction, audits, ISO 14001, OSHAS 18000… 74 International mindset 74 Relevant expertise according to the technologies of the Division 74 Minimum bi-lingual (English required)
