职位描述



· Provide care and support to boarders at key times in the week when they are in the boarding house.

· 住校学生关顾与支持。 ·

· Promote the welfare of the students and to be a point of contact for them during set working times. 以学生的利益为中心，作为固定工作时间的联系人。 ·

· Get to know the students, taking an interest in them as individuals. 了解学生，关顾学生个体。 ·

· Provide support, guidance and a ‘listening ear’ to the students. 提供支持和指导，并给予倾听。 ·

· Have a strong interest in the well-being of the students, their daily routines and general schoolwork organisation. 照顾学生日常起居，组织完成学校作业 ·

· Keep a close eye on their personal organisation and hygiene, encouraging them to keep their bedrooms and living areas clean and tidy. 关注学生卫生，鼓励养成整洁的起居生活习惯。 ·

· Provide emotional support when they may be sad, stressed or feel pressure at key times of the year, reporting these findings to the Housemaster/Housemistress and/or Medical staff, as appropriate. 在关键时给予情感支持，必要时向社长或医务人员汇报。 ·

· Liaise on all matters pertaining to the role. 负责联络协调工作。 ·

· Inspect and grade student rooms on a weekly basis. 检查学生宿舍，并每周给予评分。 ·

· Accompany students to hospital during the evenings/night when the medical centre is closed (infrequent). 当晚上出现医疗室关闭特殊情况时，陪伴学生前往医院。 ·

· Manage external bookings of boarding facilities. 管理外部设施预定。 ·

· Undertake any reasonable request made by the line manager that ensures consistent delivery of service in the School. 在直线领导交办工作，确保提供一致性的服务



Skills and Experience Required 岗位要求

· Good English Language skill 良好的英语水平 ·

· Basic ability to use IT 基本信息技术能力 ·

· The ability to use tact and discretion. 机制的判断力 ·

· An awareness of obligations regarding health & safety is beneficial. 对健康与安全相关政策的了解 ·

· 1st aid trained (or willingness to train). 参加过急救培训（或有参加相关培训的意愿） ·

· Be flexible, with good interpersonal skills. 灵活并有亲和力 ·

· A sense of humour/enthusiasm and an interest in student is essential. 幽默/热心，关心学生 ·

· The ability to trouble-shoot calmly and effectively would also be advantageous. 能冷静、高效地解决问题 ·






· Experience of working with students in a school environment is desirable 具有学校工作经验者优先 ·
