岗位职责：

1. Process Optimization / Recipe Generation for Underfill process. 

2. Troubleshoot and resolve productivity/yield issues for HVM device. 

3. Perform process DOE to optimize process parameter.

4. Perform New Underfill Material Qualification & Process development to meet new technology roadmap. 

5. Develop Best Known Methodology (BKM) & identify opportunity for quality & cost improvement. 

6. Perform buy-off and qualification of Underfill equipment.

岗位要求：

1. Underfill Process Recipe Generation / Parameter Setting.

2. Underfill Machine Operation & Process Trouble shooting. 

3. Knowledgeable for different Underfill defect pattern.

4. Knowledgeable in use of statistical tools such as, DOE, pareto charts, commonality analysis, SPC etc. 

5. Should possess sufficient understanding about Underfill material properties. 

6. Knowledgeable on Underfill machine properties and machine capability. 

7. Knowledgeable on advanced Underfill technologies.
