Main Responsibility:
1.Win target customer acquisition projects, support product development according the APQP process and assure product profitability.
2.Realize acquisition and manage the product development of target projects
3.Lead the APQP process with milestone quality for the respective projects
4.Carry out technical presentations at customers, Build up and develop contact to all technical functions of customers
5.Plan/control/adhere to budgets for all customer projects
Monitor and assure profitability of respective projects over lifecycle
6.Initiate and run change management
7.Execute the review of contracts (SOW, ES/TS, DVP) and involve relevant departments
8.Solve & communicate development related customer concerns (time, quality, cost) and support problem-solving of serial production quality issues

Requirement：
1.Bachelor/Master in technical field (e.g. mechanical engineer)
2.Depending on customer team situation.
3.Chassis product know-how is an advantage
