1 Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the domestic market in China that ensures meeting sales goals and profitability 2Provide and maintain monthly sales & market report to management, 3 To identifies new markets and customers and increase market coverage, strengthen customers management 4Provides timely feedback to Superior regarding performance. 5 Represents OTR China at various meetings and trade shows. 6Manage customer service team and be in charge of their daily performance etc.. 7 Adheres to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team. 8 Coordinate local and overseas support to client 9 Assist overseas experts to attend project biddings / contract negotiation, and assist order / project's execution 10 Assist and coordinate Product Line related equipments & technologies sales support 11 Other tasks assigned by GM
Requirements: - Bachelor Degree or above, major in engineering, mechanical or business related ones - More than 10 years’ sales working experience in Engineering industry or Mechanical industry - At least 3 years’ sales high level management experience in an international company - Mainly have experience on exploring overseas customers esp. from Southeast Asia/ Central Asia/Africa… (domestic customers exploring experience is not mandatory) - Have experience on overseas exhibition organization/participation as a team member - Except Sales, also have customer service management experience - Engineering machinery background, tyre or wheel industry is preferred - Fluent in English, both written and oral - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
Other requirements: - Strong communication and interpersonal relationship skill - Result task and customer driven - Independent, quick decision maker and strong problem solving skill - High level of leadership principle understanding - Under high pressure, be patient & responsible
