Main Responsibilities / Tasks: 主要职责/任务: 1. Follow up of Customers complaints; 跟踪客户投诉; 2. Communicate with customer and internally; 与客户和内部良好沟通; 3. Management of Corrective and improvement action plan; 维护纠正和改善行动计划; 4. Realization of products and process Audit; 熟悉生产和流程的审计; 5. Follow up of 8D and communication inside deadline answer to customers; 跟进8D并确保在内部沟通在期限内答复给客户; 6. Follow up of Quality indicators: PPM, complaints; 跟踪质量指标:PPM 投诉; 7. Implementation or modification of Internal Quality documentation in case of evolution of procedure, working instruction, manual etc.; 基于流程改进,工作指导,手册等执行和修改内部质量文件; 8. Manage all internal improvement plans to fulfil customer satisfaction; 管理所有内部改善计划达到客户满意; 9. Realization of products and process audit in order to evaluate process conformity; 实现产品和流程的审计以确保评估零部件的一致性; 10. Local Support to Central organization for APQP during project development; 在项目开发期间支持本地的APQP; 11. Clear the quality target and related training, and confirm the corrective and preventive solutions; 明确质量目标和相关培训设置,并确认纠正和预防措施; 12. Get the feedback from customer with positive score; 客户评价:从客户方面获得积极的评分反馈; 13. Comply with ESH policy and procedure, implement ESH responsibilities,carry out ESH activities, keep all operations in line with ESH requirements and deliver ESH performance; 遵守ESH政策,履行ESH职责,开展ESH各项活动,确保工作符合ESH要求,达成ESH绩效; 14. Other works assigned by the supervisor. 主管指定的其他工作。
Qualifications/Requirements: 资质/要求: 1. Bachelor degree or above 本科或以上学历; 2. Customer relationship knowledge 客户关系知识 3. Experience in automotive industry prefered汽车行业工作经验优先考虑 4. Knowledge of ISO TS 16949 or ISO 9001 熟悉ISO TS16949 熟悉或 ISO9001 5. Techniques of problems solving with quality knowlege具备质量知识来解决问题 6. Ability to communicate with customer and internally 能够和客户和内部良好沟通 7. Sense of order and organisation 有组织有条理 8. Professionalism 专业技巧 9. Ability to work as a team 团队合作精神
