Responsibilities: 1. Manage the customer relationship to improve the customer’s satisfaction. Establish & maintain the trust between CUMEQ& customer. 2. Lead cross function team to focus on problem solving on new product sample&0km returns & warranty. Timely update the status to customer within the due date set by customer. 3. Drive new product advanced quality planning activities, lead internal team to finish the APQP and to get customer PPAP approval for new program & changes. 4. Continuously lead to monitor the quality performance at customer side for new product sample&0km returns & warranty. Lead cross function team to meet quality target. 5. Lead the customer audit and follow up the finding closely timely.
Required Qualification: 1. Experience in quality role for at least 5 years 2. Electronic industry or automotive industry background. 3. Customer relationship management skill, strong cross function leadership, and deeply understand the important of quality management. 4. Proficient in APQP&PPAP&MSA&SPC&PFMEA, Strong problem-solving skills, 6 Sigma knowledge & experience preferred. 5. Strong motivation & strong ownership, people management experience preferred. 6. Prefer IATF16949, VDA6.3&6.5 experience 7. Be able to communicate and report in English and Bachelor or above degree.
