Key Responsibilities/主要职责: 1. Manage the customer relationship to improve the customer’s satisfaction. Establish & maintain the trust between CUMEQ& customer 管理客户关系提升客户满意度,建立和维护康卓和客户的信任 2. Lead cross function team to focus on problem solving on new product sample&0km returns & warranty. Timely update the status to customer within the due date set by customer. 领导跨部门团队解决新产品样件,零公里和售后的质量问题,在客户要求的期限内及时向客户汇报问题解决的更新 3. Drive new product advanced quality planning activities, lead internal team to finish the APQP and to get customer PPAP approval for new program & changes 驱动新产品先期质量策划工作,领导内部团队完成APQP和新项目及变更项目的PPAP 批准工作 4. Continuously lead to monitor the quality performance at customer side for new product sample&0km returns & warranty. Lead cross function team to meet quality target 持续监控客户端新产品样件,零公里和售后的质量表现,领导跨部门团队达到客户目标 5. Lead the customer quality audit and follow up the finding closely timely.领导客户质量审核和及时跟进关闭问题 6. Identify customer requirements, transfer them to internal and work within team to provide the actions to meet customer requirements 识别和传递客户需求到公司内部,并提供措施满足客户要求
Qualifications and Competencies/任职资格及能力: 1. Experience in quality role for at least 5 years 至少5年的质量管理经验 2. PCBA Electronic industry or automotive industry background 有PCBA 或者汽车行业经验 3. Customer relationship management skill, strong cross function leadership, and deeply understand the important of quality management 客户关系管理能力,跨部门领导能力,深入理解质量管理的重要性 4. Proficient in APQP&PPAP&MSA&SPC&PFMEA, Strong problem-solving skills, 6 Sigma knowledge & experience preferred 精通APQP&PPAP&MSA&SPC&PFMEA,较强的问题解决能力,6西伽马经验优先 5. Strong motivation & strong ownership, people management experience preferred较强的内驱力和责任心,人员管理经验优先 6. Prefer IATF16949, VDA6.3&6.5 experience IATF16949, VDA6.3&6.5经验优先 7. Be able to communicate and report in English and Bachelor or above degree 英语沟通和汇报能力,本科或以上。 8.
