岗位职责范围：
1. To establish and ensure related FQC systems running well in place and ensure system conformance.
2. Setup cleaning room practice standard and drive to compliance, privide monitoring service;
3. Drive and review all FQC related continuous improvement program.
4. FQC operator training (new comer & on-site training) and area headcount balance.
5. FQC operation rule/working flow follow-up & improvement, and prevent operation mistake;
6. Safety and 6S sustain.
任职资格与能力：
● 专业要求：工程类、理学类、管理类专业
● 学历：大学专科或以上
- Possess advance knowledge of MRB, PCRB, FMEA, Process Audit.
- Understand in depth QC tools of SPC, FMEA, 8D report.
- Understand Semiconductor manufacturing.
● 较好沟通能力
- 工作态度积极主动，有进取心
- 为人正直、有操守
- 有较强的人际交往能力
