1. Solve Complaint from customer. 2. Co-ordinate with Engineering and production to develop process management plant. 3. Work with related department to solve any quality-related problems and respond to customer. 4. Maintain traceability system of product data, ensure that records of quality-related data are kept for a designated period. 5. Monitor and control the quality of incoming material (both direct and indirect) 6. Assuring Quality system to keep improvement. 7. Familiar with quality systems, SPC, MSA,8D Six Sigma background 8. Statistical analysis software minitab or others. 9. QMS&OHSAS&EMS internal certificate.
