Support and management review ISO management system of the enterprise need. 六、负责客诉的处理及系统性管理: Responsible of dealing with customer complain and management. 1、接收客户的投诉案例,备案;Receive and collect the customer complain infor-mation and register in the system. 2、对客诉品,出货状况与库存、在制品数量进行调查,并通知相关部门人员进行隔离、标识;Investigate the shipment, storage and products in manufacture of the claimed product, and inform related departments to segregate and identify. 3、对投诉案例,召集各部门相关人员进行原因分析,负责跟踪、验证。并负责准备报告回复客户;Organize related people to investigate the root cause of the customer complain, and follow up, And prepare the report to feedback to customer. 4、对客诉进行系统性的管理,并定期总结汇报。Responsible of systematic ***-agement for the customer complain, and summarize and report regularly. 七、产品质量管理:Product Quality Control.
