Responsibilities ?Implement Group Quality Management System to local plant, adjusts and further develops the local QM systems based on IATF16949 and ISO 9001. ?Leading and managing the quality and interact with the management team and other internal and external partners. ?Ensure all customer quality requirements are met or exceeded. ?Responsible for the overall product quality at the plant. Leading the quality team to detect, control, avoid and escalate risks during the whole process, ensure quality standards are implemented for supplied products and services. Coach the production team to solve problem from supplier to end customers of whole product lifecycle. ?Collect and compile statistical quality data. ?Investigate customer complaints and non-conformity issues. ?Coordinate the implementation of preventive quality and continuous improvement actions, e.g. the APQP methods or internal Audits and ensure that they are being used effectively and efficiently. ?Coordinate and support on-site audits conducted by external providers. Evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions. ?Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards. ?Support the project team concerning the project quality management. ?Manage the whole company system, including but not limit to QM systems, EHS systems, ICT system and the others if necessary. Qualifications ?University Degree preferably in Mechanical Engineering or similar. ?Knowledge of International standards of quality management (ISO 9001, IATF16949) and other systems like ISO 14001, ISO 45001, TISAX etc. ?Experienced with Preventive Quality tools, 8D methodology and problem-solving methodology. ?Total experience in the position of Quality Manager in Automotive industry for at least 2-3 year with the same area of responsibility. Certified VDA6.3 and VDA 6.5 auditor is preferred. ?Target oriented communication, high cooperation skills. ?Leadership skills in Quality Management or other comparable leadership tasks. ?Strong decision-making skills in addition to excellent interpersonal and written skills. ?Interacting with international colleagues, excellent English skills (spoken and written) are necessary.
