Contributes to the development of processes and procedures for continuous improvement. Coordinates work schedules, staffing requirements, and training requirements to maximize productivity. (50%) Identifies areas for development and recommends ways to improve processes. (20%) Responsibly management for production line safety, including training and safety assessment, coordinates EHS for safety improvement.(10%) Assists the team with difficult or complex concerns; acts an escalation point of contact. (10%) Implements change management initiatives to improve metrics and performance. (10%) Other duties as assigned.
About You College /Bachelor degree or above from full-time schooling. 5 to 10 years of experience with at least one year at a supervisor level Knowledge of general accounting practices Experience with global manufacturing companies preferred Advanced knowledge in MS Office Able to analyze data, create various reports, and recommend corrective action Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. Demonstrated ability to motivate, manage, and evaluate employee performance. Demonstrated organizational and time management skills. Demonstrated problem-solving and trouble shooting skills. Good understanding of and able to communicate in English. Knowledge in other language is an advantage.
