Responsibility 1. As key coordinator for new factory’s facility management with different stakeholders. 2. Manages the operation and preventive maintenance of facility systems to ensure availability and eliminate unscheduled breakdown. 3. Ensure that all utility requirements of manufacturing line are within the specification. 4. Manages facility spare parts inventory and ensures adequate inventory control. 5. Supervises the compliance with the defined safety and environmental policies and regulations. 6. Plans, designs, estimate, processes and supervises implementation of improvement projects. 7. Prepares and submits regular status report to ensure that the department is well informed. 8. Support product engineer to do the product transfer to production. Implements 6S activities. Requirements 1. Bachelor (or higher) degree (Mechanical, Electrical, ECE) 2. At least over 6 years related working experience. Experience to establish new site is a plus. 3. Experience working in manufacturing environment is a must. Equipment assembly factory is a plus. 4. Knowledge on Facilities Equipment and System operation. 5. Knowledge of Engineering theories and its application. 6. Computer literate (MS OFFICE / AUTOCAD) 7. Basic English & Mandarin verbal and written communication skills 8. Technical Report Writing/8D Report Writing 9. Communication Skills 10. Presentation Skills
