· Provides highly visible customer support through the performance of the on-site installation
· Overseeing any necessary diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment and systems.
· Checks out and approves operational quality of system equipment.
· May instruct customers in the operation and maintenance of the system.
· Serves as company liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects.
· Interprets customers’ needs and clarifies if the responsibility for problem resolution falls to sales personnel, customer support reps, or engineers.
Qualifications
· Bachelor or above degree in related Engineering.
· Require a minimum of 3 years of related experience in Semiconductor industry.
· Can use skills as a seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of industry practices and company policies and procedures; resolves a wide range of issues in imaginative as well as practical ways.
· Can work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Interacts with senior internal and external personnel.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Possess good interpersonal skills and willing to work in a team environment.
