位职责 :
Job position
1.按照国家和地方政府的相关法律法规的要求，负责宣贯、监督并落实各项安全、环保、职业健康标准、要求等，提升全员EHS意识，协力营造合法经营环境，同时为员工创造一个安全、健康的工作环境；
In accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of the national and local governments, responsible for the promotion, supervision and implementation of safety, environmental protection, occupational health standards and requirements, enhance the EHS awareness of all employees, jointly create a legal business environment, and create a safe and healthy working environment for employees;
2. 建立工厂EHS KPI指标，并在管理层中执行；推动工厂EHS绩效考核，将工伤事故管控纳入经理级绩效考核内容之一；
Establish factory EHS KPI indicators and implement them in management. Promote factory EHS performance assessment, and include industrial accident control as one of the contents of manager-level performance assessment;
3. 负责确保公司所有工作岗位的风险评估细致有效，监督完成设备安全改造；
Responsible for ensuring the risk assessment of all positions in the company is detailed and effective, and supervise the completion of equipment safety transformation.
4.负责公司新建、改建、扩建等项目前期筹划的审批工作及验收工作；
Responsible for the approval and acceptance of the company's new construction, reconstruction, expansion and other projects;
5.负责公司环保、安全、职业健康等各项工作的有效开展，持续改善；
Responsible for the effective development and continuous improvement of the company's environmental protection, safety, occupational health and other work;
6. 建立工厂三级安全培训制度，监督车间及工序安全培训实施；
Establish three-level safety training system, supervise the implementation of workshop and process safety training;
7. 组织建立工厂应急响应体系；组织火灾、食品安全、电力故障等重大意外事故响应演练，并评估演练结果，提出改进措施并实施改善；
Organize the establishment of plant emergency response system; Organize fire, food safety, power failure and other major accident response drills, and evaluate the drill results, propose improvement measures and implement improvement;
8.负责公司安全环保事故的处理、分析和整改措施制定；完成每月的安全检查和通报，对潜在的安全隐患及时提出整改要求，做好预防工作，降低厂区工伤事故；
Responsible for the company's safety and environmental protection accident handling, analysis and rectification measures; Complete monthly safety inspection and notification, put forward rectification requirements for potential safety hazards in time, do a good job in prevention, and reduce industrial accidents in the plant;
9.负责与辖区环保部门、安全部门、消防部门和卫生部门的联系和沟通工作；
Responsible for contact and communication with environmental protection departments, safety departments, fire departments and health departments;
10.完成上级交办的其他临时事项。
Complete other temporary tasks assigned by superiors.
任职要求：
Job responsibility
1.本科以上学历；
Bachelor degree or above;
2.有5年以上EHS工作经验；
More than five years of working experience in EHS;
3.熟悉ISO 14001, ISO 45001,体系标准及相关的法律法规；
Familiar with ISO 14001, ISO 45001system standards and related law and legislations
4.具有 ISO 14001, ISO45001内审员证书；
ISO 14001, ISO45001 internal auditor certificate;
5.具有较强的分析问题和处理问题的能力及抗压能力；
Strong analytical, anti-pressure and problem solving skills;
6.良好的英语读写能力；
Good English reading and writing skills;
7.熟练使用OFFICE办公软件。
Proficient in OFFICE software.
8.注册安全工程师优先考虑。
Registered safety engineer is preferred.
