工作职责 Responsibilities：
● 协调学生与与校长的入学面试Coordinate the entry interview between students and the principal
● 及时处理在校家长和新生家长的咨询沟通工作Promptly handle the consultation and communication between the new parents and the presnet parents
● 记录家长反馈的相关问题，并及时与校长和领导汇报Record the related issues reported by parents, and report to the principal and leaders in a timely manner
● 在家委会BPA和其他家长/教师会议上提供翻译支持Provide translation support in BPA and other parent/teacher meetings
● 记录学生的入学，转学，退学等状态及动向Record the status and trends of students' enrollment, transfer, withdrawal, etc.
● 处理所有的入学或转/退学相关学生文件Process all student documents related to admission or transfer/withdrawal
● 维护当前学生班级名单，并及时与教学团队更新信息Maintain the current student class list and update the information with the academic team in time
● 领导安排的其他工作Other tasks arranged by the leader
