Phase 1: Lead RFQ phase and support product and process development - Drive RFQ to success Solve development-related customer concerns (on time, quality, cost) Translation of customer Spec into internal spec (SOR and DVP) Align specification with internal departments Align product concept and production/measurement process/ with customer Assure successful Feasibility Study of the project Prepare Baseline of the project after nomination and perform Kickoff. Support review of contracts and involve relevant departments
Phase 2: Manage DVP and align internal needs and translate customer spec Define measurement concept Support translation of spec to component level Drive internal proto-design freeze Get proto design freeze confirmation from customer Accountability for Prototype production and delivery
Phase 3: Review DVP results and drive necessary changes to meet the requirements Get customer design release Support know how transfer from proto to series (internal and external suppliers)
Phase 4: Drive GTV (global testing validation) Execute PVP test, collect and check the reports and communicate to customer Get customer sign off
Phase 5: Ensure project launch serial production on budget
Phase 6: Support plant for specific production topics (scrap issue, ECR…)
