The Senior Motor Engineer is responsible for the seat motor application, innovation, quality and cost targets.

1. Take in charge of electromagnetic design of electric motors according to the design, procedures and tools currently
2. Evaluate and propose different motor application in order to meet customer’s requirements in terms of cost and performances
3. According to quotation team need , responsible for preliminary prototypes design validation and responsible for the DV/PV of motor .
4.Cooperate with mechanical design team to reach the common target in terms of cost with a specific focus on mass production
5.Check-in and check-out the CAD drawings and models in the Company system
6. Actively participate in product design reviews when required.
7. Ensure full respect of Code of ethics & Code of management \ Rules and Regulations \ Values \ Employee handbook of the company.
8. Others temporary job given by Line Manager


The ideal candidate will have/be:
1.Bachelor degree in Electric engineering
2.Experience in Design & Development within DC motor , ideally in the automotive industry
3.Knowledge and experience in the Project Management process
4.Good knowledge of Program standards, tools, and methods
5.Appropriate training in program specific CAD software
6.Familiar with motor production process
7.Team player with strong communication skills
8.Minimum bi-lingual (English required)
