* Testing Scheme Development: customize precision measurement and cleanliness detection plans based on design requirements. * Laboratory Operations: Operate professional instruments and equipment in the relevant fields (e.g., precision measuring instruments) proficiently. Establish and improve quality system documents, operation procedure manuals, and equipment archives to ensure standardized laboratory work. * Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize professional software to handle data and analysis results, * Quality Control and Improvement: Participate in quality control during daily work. Assist relevant departments in analyzing the root causes and provide a basis for process improvements and parameter adjustments to enhance the overall quality. * Take charge of the daily management of the laboratory, which includes the storage, maintenance, and calibration of instruments and equipment. Manage laboratory environment parameters and safety aspects. * Monitor supplier quality performance after SOP. Lead the actions to work with supplier and continue to improve supplier performance. Conduct supplier annual audits. Monitor purchased parts safe launch * Provide the leadership and support in resolution of escalated/ critical supplier quality problems. Lead supplier actions to ensure objectives are sustainable and completed in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor degree and above with major in Mechanical Engineering or related majors * At least 3 years’ experience in Mechanical/ Electrical Manufacturing Industry or related industry * Have a solid understanding of precision measurement principles, GD&T, Gage design. * Be familiar with the laboratory quality management system , capable of performing work in accordance with standards and proficient in operating professional instruments and equipment. * Basic knowledge of quality assurance framework and quality tools application (eg. IATF16949, 5 core tools ,8D, QC Tools, Poka-yoke and so on) * Knowledge in 6 Sigma and Lab management as an advantage. * Engineering background. Prefer metal forming, plastic molding or electrical parts manufacture. * Profound MS office skills and business fluency in English and Chinese. * Team player with open-minded and strategic work attitude.
