Key Responsibility (主要职责) 1. Assume Project Leader for delivering mid/high complex process and equipment solutions for assigned R&D products working independently for the most parts. 担任项目负责人，负责为指定的研发产品提供中/高度复杂的工艺和设备解决方案，这些产品在大多数零件上独立工作。 2. Qualification (任职者要求) 1. Diploma or above in Mechanical or Automation Engineering related Science and Engineering major机械或自动化工程相关科学与工程专业大专以上学历 2. Semiconductor backend testing field半导体后端测试领域 3. Minimum 2 years working experience in Semiconductor Test Handler (e.g. turret, gravity, pick & place, etc.) and Device Process Control Flow; fresh graduated master with high capability is acceptable至少2年半导体测试处理器（如转台、重力、拾取和放置等）和设备过程控制流程方面的工作经验; 优秀的硕士应届毕业生也可以接受 4.
