Analyze tickets data and provide recommendations to optimize processes and improve service quality.

3、管理和维护公司门禁监控系统，包括用户权限分配与调整。
Manage and maintain the company’s door access and CCTV system, including user access assignments and adjustments.

4、负责公司IT资产（如计算机、服务器、打印机等）的登记、维护和盘点，确保资产记录的准确性并定期更新。
Handle the registration, maintenance, and inventory of company IT assets (e.g., computers, servers, printers), ensure the accuracy of asset records and update regularly.

5、熟悉并管理AD（Active Directory）、DNS、DFS和DHCP等，处理用户账户管理、文件共享和网络配置问题。
Manage and maintain AD (Active Directory), DNS, DFS, and DHCP, user account management, file sharing, and network configuration issues.

6、配置和优化钉钉平台的工作流程，支持员工日常业务需求。
Configure and optimize workflows on the DingTalk platform to support employees’ daily business needs.

7、使用Python和PowerShell脚本开发和维护自动化工具，提高工作效率。
Develop and maintain automation tools using Python and PowerShell to enhance work efficiency.

任职资格:
1、计算机科学、信息技术或相关专业本科及以上学历。
Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

2、至少2年IT支持或Helpdesk相关工作经验。
At least 2 years of experience in IT support or Helpdesk roles.

3、熟悉Helpdesk工单系统的使用及管理流程。
Familiar with the use and management of Helpdesk tickets system.

4、熟悉Windows Server, Linux操作系统及其相关服务，如Active Directory、DNS、DHCP、DFS、SCCM,Office365等。
Proficient in Windows Server, Linux operating systems and related services, such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, DFS, SCCM, Office365 etc.

5、熟练掌握Python和PowerShell，用于开发脚本和自动化任务。
Proficiency in Python and PowerShell for scripting and automation tasks.

6、具备良好的问题解决能力和故障排除能力。
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

7、良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能与客户和团队成员进行有效的交流和协作。
Good communication skills and team spirit, able to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients and team members.

8、具有较强的学习能力，能快速掌握和应用新技术。
Strong learning ability, able to quickly master and apply new technologies.
