Tasks and Responsibilities:

1. 1st level support for all IT infrastructure related incidents为公司所有IT设施提供***级响应

4. Installation and configuration of both hardware and software 软硬件的安装调试

8. Planning and implementing future IT developments and undertaking project work IT战略规划的执行并能够承担项目
9. Suggesting and providing IT solutions to business and management problems 对公司的业务和管理能提出IT解决方案
10. Other tasks assigned by the leaders 领导安排的其他工作

Requirements:

1. 1 year working experience in IT support 0到一年IT技术支持经验
2. Bachelor's Degree, Computer science or related 本科学历，计算机科学专业
3. Good English skills in listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing良好的英文听说读写能力
