Job Description In your new role you will: 1.Responsible for in process quality engineering, govern the responsible process(es), drive quality control activities and improvement to achieve NLoZD. 2.Manage external customer complaints, Customer visit / audit to achieve customer satisfaction. 3.Responsible for driving process stability and capability [Cpk and DI]and continuous improvement to achieve target. 4.Manage disposition of deviation material to ensure no escape to customer. 5.Support actively in Change management, Deviation root cause investigation, Equipment /Process release and safe launch release.
Your Profile You are best equipped for this task if you have: 1.Bachelor degree or above in in Electrical Engineering / Mechanical engineering / Material Science Min 5 years in Semiconductor Industry with Quality engineering and/or Process Engineering experience is preferred. 2.Good knowledge and experience in quality management tools; FMEA, SPC, DOE etc. 3.Experienced in data analysis tools, 6 Sigma knowledge is added advantage. 4.Good & professional communication and presentation skills. 5.Able to lead a small cross function team for continuous improvement, demonstrated team work spirit. 6.Fluent in written and oral English.
