1. Responsible for product portfolio definition and product development pipeline. 负责相应产品系列定义和产品开发路线图,支撑整个公司的战略。 2. Define the product requirement based on the market analysis, and coordinate with R&D, Sales and partners to fulfill all those requirements. 根据市场的需求分析,定义产品需求,并协调研发、销售和合作伙伴共同满足相关需求。 3. Responsible for the product competitiveness in the whole product life time. Ensure the proper cost position to adapt with the dynamic market by continuously optimize the product performance. 在产品的生命周期内,需要对产品的竞争力负责,通过不断调整产品性能以满足不断变化的市场需求,并确保符合市场的成本定位,还要考虑不同区域市场的差异化需求。 4. Responsible for market intelligence, product benchmarks and market share analysis. Make market opportunities visible for whole PV. 负责市场行业的调研、竞品友商的分析以及市场占有率分析。为整个事业部提供可视的市场机遇。 汇报对象: Product manager is direct report to head of Business Tranformation & Sales in China. 产品经理直接汇报给电源和真空部件中国区业务发展和销售总监。
岗位要求 a) More than 5 years experience in the product management and marketing of X-ray medical equipment, related components is plus. b) Excellen proactive communication skills and certain negotiation skills. c) Good understanding on sales and marketing process d) Proficient in oral and written communication in English e) Be flexible to do domestic and international traveling (>10%) a) 五年以上X射线医疗设备的产品管理和市场方面有丰富的经验,零部件层面的经验优先。 b) 具有一定的谈判技巧和较好的主动沟通能力。 c) 对市场和销售的流程有良好的理解。 d) 熟练的口头和书面英语能力。 e) 可以适应一定程度的国内和国际差旅(>10%)
