Main responsibility:
APT Quality:
61 Transmit the quality claim or alert to the production site of the concerned product
61 Analyze claim that related or caused by operation. As leader to work with APT team to make corrective action.
61 Stop the production if the quality problem or potential risk is found in production line to ensure the product quality;
61 Assist in start of production for new products by implement of customer expectations
61 To responsible for operation internal process audit when SOPed components switch.
61 Participate in the PDCA/QRQC activity to find the root cause and corrective/preventive actions to reduce internal PPM.
61 Analyze daily special defect part, to provide the division with actual products, data and any information that will improve quality quickly and to prevent case reoccurrence.
61 Create, monitor, analyze and training on SPC chart for APT team.
61 Other tasks assign by Dept. head.
Qualification:
1.Experience in Quality functions in automotive industry for 3-5 years minimum;
2.Strong ability to work under pressure, flexible, reliable and sense of quality;
3.Communication skills to obtain timely information from different areas or customers;
4.Chinese Language + Good command of the English language.
