Main duties: 61 Responsible for customer satisfaction through product quality assurance 61 Define and closely follow up project quality objectives 61 Define, monitor and drive quality improvement plan, detect and eliminate quality risks by SLI management 61 Analyse customer specifications , communicate with customers to have the mutual agreement for quality standard 61 Coordinate the product and test equipments validation activities with the laboratory 61 Responsible for the product/process validation both in project and SOP phase 61 Responsible for control plan establishment & maintenance (prototype, pre-launch, production) 61 Prepare Customer Initial Samples and PPAP files, responsible for internal validation and customer approvals 61 Respond to Customer Quality issues during project phase (0km/warranty) 61 Follow the non conformity during product development , ensure the good application of project Quality tools (QRQC/PDCA methodology, Share database,..) 61 Responsible for the project QRQC and assure that the communication and the merge between plant QRQC and project QRQC has been done. 61 Assure that all documentation are in line with the AML standard and during phase closure, responsible that all quality documentation are approved and register. 61 Manage customer PPAP approval in case of 4M change.
Qualification: 1. At least 3+ years quality experience in Automotive industry (in functions such as Production Quality engineer, Customer quality engineer, SQE…) 2.Professional audit skill 3. Strong ability to work under press, flexible, reliable, team player. 4. Communication skills to obtain timely information from different areas and customers. 5. Chinese Language + good level English language are mandatory.
