4) 组织竞争对手车型座椅价值工程价值分析 Champion Benchmarking Study

89 新产品先期策划Advanced plan of new product
1) 新产品先期策划Advanced plan of new product
2) 提交技术方案、样件试制及其客户认可Technical proposal, prototype and validation from customer

3) 结合制造要求确定适宜的技术改进方案Identify the best product engineering proposal with manufacturing consideration

89 新技术及产品开发New Technique and production exploitation
1) 主持开发适用于调角器的新技术Leading exploitation of New recliner Technique
2) 将公司的新技术申请专利保护Apply for new Technique patent protection
3) 主持开发间的日常管理工作（包括人员及工作任务的安排）Manage the daily activity of development work shop (including the people resource and working task)

89 附加和其它工作任务Other and Specific Missions
1) 遵守健康安全环境规定Ensure full respect of HSE rules and regulations
2) 保证和部门经理和其他部门的透明和及时沟通Ensure transparent and timely communication with Dept,
3) 指导下属技术人员的工作Give instructions to Product Engineer, Junior engineer and technicians.
