1) 按CCC/IATF16949/FES建立文件化质量体系并持续改进 Set up the quality system procedures and dynamically update according to CCC/ IATF16949/FES
2) 获取CCC/ IATF16949/FCP的最新版本和最新动态 To get the latest edition and dynamic for CCC/ IATF16949/FCP at Faurecia Group
3) 关注产品安全法规，推动质量体系效率 Concern the S/R for product, and promote the implement of quality system efficiency
2. 质量评审管理 Quality Audit Management
1) 组织和监控内部质量评审，执行并跟踪纠正预防措施计划 Organizes and monitors quality internal audit and other relevant management audit concerned ,Implement and follow up corrective and preventive action plan
2) 协助质量经理开展管理评审 Assist to quality manager to realize the management review
3. 调角器装配及冲压生产质量管理 Recliner and slide assembly quality management
1) 参与现场QRCI,　会同UAP经理及质量经理定义生产质量绩效 Participant workshop QRCI meeting, define line quality performance indicators with UAP manager and Quality manager
2) 现场质量问题，特别是客户抱怨的处理，采取围堵措施，通知支持功能，建立改正行动计划(8D等)并跟踪其有效性．Deal with line quality problems, especially customer complaint. Take containment actions, inform support functions, build corrective action plans（8D report, etc…）and follow the efficiency.
3) 首件/终检/控制计划/标准化作业指导等相关文件的审核和签字确认以及定期回顾 ALL of OK *** parts/final inspection/control plan/standard work instruction file validation and review periodical.
4) 处理不合格品（红箱子），生产会上主导生产不良的讨论 Deal with non-conforming parts (red bins), master the production non-conforming discussion on production meeting.
5) 生产发生批量不良时，停线申请的发出 Release Stop Line Application when serial non-conformity happens
6) 质量警告的发出及措施跟踪 Quality alert launch and action track
7) Poka-Yoke工位数据收集、进行分析确认和能力计算 Collect/analyse/validate the premeter data of Poka-Yoke, and calculate the process capability
8) 装配生产线过程审核(S/R & QRCI & CP) Production line process audit(S/R & QRCI & CP ).
9) 终检员培训和关键工位认可，支持生产主管实施质量改善行动．Train final inspectors and validate key workstation, support supervisor to take quality improment action.
10) 参与新项目过程质量管理 Participant new project to control process quality.
4. 附加和其它工作任务 Other and Specific Missions
1) 遵守健康安全环境规定 Ensure full respect of HSE rules and regulations
2) 保证和直属经理的透明和及时沟通 Ensure transparent timely communication with Line Manager
3) 部门内其他员工不在时，顶岗 Replace other staff’s job when he/she is absent or busy
4) 直属经理交给的其他临时工作 Others temporary job given by Line Manager
5. 确保工作行为充分尊重了集团的道德规范和管理规范、公司的规章制度、价值观及员工手册等
