Job Responsibility: 1. Develop new process for new or existing products. 2. Implement factory automation projects for productivity improvement. 3. Establishing programs / procedures providing for the design, purchase and installation of automatic factory upgrades. And ensuring that FA methods meet capability, quality and production standards. 4. New product / equipment trail assembly, testing, packaging process to support function team to complete advanced development of manufacture route design. 5. New equipment / fixtures / tools design. And make specification to match function / ergonomic / EHS, sourcing / Introduction / acceptance. 6. Cooperate with team to upgrade existing production line or build new production line. 7. Lean implement including capacity study and optimization, material flow improvement etc to continuously improve productivity. 8. Manage and provide technical support to maintenance team. Establish maintenance procedures and documents. 9. Work with other department to establish related document to control all key process, such as work instruction, standard work, FMEA etc.. 10. Automation technology training. Promote the automation capabilities of ME and FLMs. 11. Other allocated work by process engineering leader.
Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or automation and other related major. 2. More than 5 years in related non-standard automation manufacturing field. 3. Computer aided design experience. 3 years above in 2D or 3D CAD modeling experience 4. Proven Innovative thinking. Self-starter and motivated to succeed. 5. Good interpersonal skill and decision making. 6. Logic thinking and work in stress. 7. English is good in writing, reading and oral.
