Responsibilities:
61 Comply with company SHE related regulations, ensure zero harm behaviors.
61 Trigger material requirement basis on customer demand and production plan
61 Connect supplier to make sure all materials arrival on time to meet customer and production needs.
61 Regular review on Safety stock setting and update accordingly.
61 Work with sourcing team to reduce the purchase lead-time in order to reduce the inventory without effecting the normal production and delivery performance.
61 Supplier management and regular supplier performance evaluation
61 Coordinate with customer service department and marketing department on quotation process, timely provide quotation information.
61 Follow up Sub-contract process to ensure delivery schedule.
61 Cross functional collaboration: Connecting with other functions ensuring effective communication and build win-win partnerships.
61 Actively take part in continuous improvement activities, embed WINS principles into daily works.
61 As the backup for master planner
61 Other work assigned by supervisor

Education and/or Experience:
61 College degree or above, major in IE or mechanical is preferred
61 3 years materials planning experience in manufacturing organization
61 Lean experience is plus
3-5 competencies to perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies.

61 Strong communication skills and cross-function collaboration competency, high team work spirit.
61 Strong PC and systems and also office software skills
61 Good oral and written English
