The aim of the position is to support the operational Plant Organisation by managing engineering activities and projects, which have a major impact on operational KPI’s (Key Performance Indicator) for the Vaillant Group Production Network. Planning of Projects together with relevant internal and external Business partners, based on group standards, processes and methods (VPS – Vaillant Group Production System).
Operational Production support
- Optimization and improvement of the operational production processes regarding efficiency, cost and quality.
- Ensure the overall machine and tool availability to fulfil the production demand requirements.
- Plan, organize and control resources (review within MS Project) to achieve production targets in guidance of the VPS principles.
- Ensure that the production process parameters and documents are updated and revised accordingly.
- Application and enhancement of GPP (Group Production Process) engineering processes.
- Support process engineering activities within the ECM process.

Support R&D projects

- Follow up Phase in & out progress, modification to production equipment and machines and enable stable production ramp-up.
- Provide production feasibility statements and manufacturing cost effects for RQI and CPI engineering tasks.
- Responsible for Capex and Opex calculation and planning.

Production Projects
- Resume project leader role for local operational production projects and apply standard project management tools.
- Resume support function for other projects like new product launch, Make-or-Buy and transfer of line.
- Coordination and management of project resources and activities.
Qualifications:
- Successfully graduated engineer of science, preferable in mechanical engineering.
- Basic knowledge in project management, work experience more than 3 years experiences in production process validation and planning.
- English fluent in spoken and written, knowledge of SAP, PLM, MS-Project, MTM, ACAD preferred ,good communication skills.
