NPI Engineer (New Product Introduction)
The NPI Engineer is responsible for providing front - end (FE) technology support during the New Product Introduction (NPI) phase.
Responsibilities:
61Provide front-end (FEOL) technical support for NPI, resolving process-design interface issues.
61Develop process control plans for NPI phases, monitor yield data, and drive defect reduction and mass production ramp-up.
61Interface with foundries to complete process qualification, ensure design for manufacturability (DFM), and prepare NPI technical reports and training documentation.
Requirements:
61Bachelor's degree or above in Semiconductor Engineering, or related fields; 3+ years of NPI or process integration experience, familiar with 8-inch/12-inch wafer manufacturing processes.
61Knowledge of key FEOL processes (oxidation, diffusion, etching); basic knowledge of Six Sigma/DOE.
61Fluent in English; experienced in on-site foundry support; strong stress tolerance and quick response.
