The Design Leader is responsible for management of the specific program engineering activities on development of new or application of existing products, in line with planning, process, quality and cost targets.
The main missions of therole are:
·Manage the day to day running of section, the work planning and the
communication with the customer.
·Work as part of the Design and Development team, for complete seats Frame & components development and application
·Manage a team of Design Engineers
·Use Faurecia tools to manage and control the section.
·Ensure the approval of development according to functional risk and operations.
·Ensure the financial feasibilities of the development.
·Work with all sections of our business and suppliers to ensure accurate data and information transfer is achieved.
·Produce BOMs of complete seats & Frame & components. Check and approve Change control documents and DFMEA
·Together with the team to study and analyse when the issue happening, and find the solution to fix the issue
·Participate to meetings with the customers, the program team and the suppliers.

知识及经历Experience & Knowledge
1. At least 5 years experience in Design & Development within an industrial environment, ideally in the automotive industry (seat experience as plus)
2. Skillful program specific CAD software, Catia V5 or NX
3. Familiar with MS Software (Excel/Word/Power-point/Outlook/etc..)
4. Knowledge of Program
standards, tools, and methods, program management process
5.Familiar with primary manufacturing methods
6.Team player, with strong communication skills Fluent in English reading/speaking/listening/writing; International mind set
