Job Description
In your new role you will:
Be responsible for new/transfer products capacity ramp-up with defined target (cost, quality, speed) meet within project timeline.
1. Plans, organizes, and controls the project/ sub-projects with marginal complexity, risk and impact.
2. Key communication interface (for project related matters), representing Back End to other Infineon Divisions
3. Forms and leads the project team and assigns responsibilities to sub-project leaders and project members.
4. Uses Infineon project management tools to structure projects, control progress and for reporting and documentation.
5. Drives problem solving activities within the project using standard Infineon trouble shooting methodologies, eg 8D, 5 Whys.
6. Monitors changes against original project goals and seeks advice/approval for adapting plans.

Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
Education Qualification: Masters/Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or relevant course
Previous Experience Required: Minimum 6 years working experience in semiconductor manufacturing industry.
Technical Functional Competencies:
1) Project management knowledge in terms of project initiation, planning and closing
including reporting and documentation;
2) Basic knowledge in semiconductor engineering and operation;
3) Good communication skills;
4) Good aptitude for collaboration, people management, negotiation and solution finding.
